You will receive your boarding instructions after booking. Please arrive at the selected departure point at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Vouchers must be exchanged at the departure point before boarding.
If you arrive late for the tour, it can be rescheduled to another time if availability allows. Otherwise, you will be refunded.
In case of adverse weather or exceptional tides, the tour may be modified or cancelled. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Onboard commentary is delivered in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German.
Please note that this is not a guided walking tour on the islands. The guide will escort you only in front of the Murano glass factory. Afterwards, you will have free time to explore independently.
